The Non-Credit Programs unit of Continuing Education and Outreach is located in the new University Downtown Center at 67 Washington Street in downtown Binghamton, across from the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.

Directions to UDC

From the north (I81 - Syracuse):
Take I-81 South to RT-7 South exit- EXIT 4 South
Merge onto NY-363 West
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON ST.
University Downtown Center is on your left.

From the south (I81 - Wilkes-Barre, PA):
I-81 North to RT-7 South exit- EXIT 4 South.
Merge onto NY-363 West.
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON ST.
University Downtown Center is on your left.

From the northeast (I88 - Albany):
Take I-88 to RT-7 South exit- EXIT 1.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NY-7 South
NY-7 South becomes NY-363 West.
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON ST.

From the east (NY17):
NY-17 West merge with I-81 North.
I-81 North to RT-7 South exit- EXIT 4 South.
Merge onto NY-363 West.
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON ST.

Southern Tier Expy (NY-17 East)
Merge with I81 South
